Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional to supervise operations, develop workplace health and safety regulations, and lead the implementation of standardized practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the implementation and execution of the annual safety plan. 2. Coordinate committees and prepare corporate EH&S reports. 3. You will also develop regulations to promote awareness of occupational health and safety, and must possess strong knowledge of national occupational health and safety regulations. Absolute safety is a fundamental pillar of Otis; therefore, the safety of our employees is critical to business development. **On a typical day, you will:** * Develop the annual safety plan. * Prepare the EH\&S training plan. * Create electronic materials for mass dissemination of the safety plan. * Lead the implementation and compliance of the PESV (Plan Estratégico de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo). * Prepare the annual EH\&S budget. * Fully lead the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG\-SST). * Coordinate committees (COPASST, Coexistence Committee, Emergency Brigades). * Prepare and verify corporate EH\&S reports. * Update the WWJSSS (World Wide Job Site Safety Standards) monthly and disseminate them to operational areas (when they directly or indirectly affect operational areas). * Conduct accident investigations in the local operation. * Establish controls to ensure compliance with all standardized practices. * Fulfill the responsible roles defined in the standardized practice. * Lead and coordinate the implementation of Otis corporate guidelines related to safety, health, and environmental management. * Maintain working relationships with the respective workers' compensation insurer and implement national protocols. **What You’ll Need to Succeed!** * OHS professional or professional with a postgraduate degree in OHS. * Valid occupational health license (Mandatory). * Expertise in Risk Prevention. * More than 3 years of experience in a similar role within national or multinational companies. * Solid knowledge of local safety regulations and laws. * Industrial process management. * Environmental management knowledge. * Intermediate English proficiency.
