Job Description
Maximize conversion of healthcare professionals and decision-makers through strategic optimization of product information and evaluation, facilitating adoption and responsible prescribing of oncology medications.
**Responsibilities:**
* Map and analyze stakeholder journeys: Identify and understand key stages that healthcare professionals and other decision-makers (e.g., hospitals, insurers) undergo—from initial contact through to prescription or purchase.
* Identify friction points and drop-off moments: Use data and feedback to uncover barriers in the product evaluation and adoption process, such as concerns regarding efficacy, cost, or regulatory procedures.
* Optimize communication materials and channels: Ensure scientific, commercial, and regulatory information reaches physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders clearly, accurately, and effectively.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work with marketing, medical affairs, sales, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure strategies are effective and compliant with applicable regulations.
* Monitor and report key metrics: Measure funnel performance (conversion rate, decision time, engagement) and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Ensure regulatory compliance: Oversee that all activities and content comply with applicable local and international regulations governing pharmaceutical promotion.
* Lead and manage projects: Plan, organize, and track optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
* Contribute to company strategic objectives: Align funnel optimization initiatives with the company’s commercial and growth goals; define clear, measurable KPIs that directly contribute to revenue, acquisition, retention, and stakeholder satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Administrative technologists or related degrees.
* Minimum six months of professional administrative experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Assertive communication, time management, execution, and strategic planning.
