Within our team, you will develop diverse skills and support strategic processes to help achieve organizational objectives in our Labor Law practice. **Requirements:** Law student with interest in Labor Law. **English:** B2 or higher **Responsibilities:** * Drafting and analyzing basic labor law inquiries and labor-related legal update bulletins. * Managing procedures before SENA, UGPP, the Ministry of Labor, and other related administrative entities. * Continuous monitoring of recent case law and judicial and administrative legal updates. * Proficient use of **Microsoft Office tools** (Word, Excel, Outlook) for process tracking and reporting.
