




We are seeking a technician or technologist with 6 months to 1 year of experience and solid knowledge in network and computer equipment support to join our team as a Level 1 Support Agent, covering a maternity leave. Responsibilities include: * Providing technical assistance to internal and external users. * Resolving incidents related to hardware and software. * Collaborating on the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure. * Timely and effective handling of support cases generated in the tool, using either on-site and/or remote channels. * Ongoing documentation of performed activities and updating of knowledge bases. * Staying up-to-date, with continuous interest in learning and continuous improvement.
