Procurement and Purchasing • Management of national and international procurement of spare parts and materials. • Purchase order tracking in SAP. • Coordination and tracking of payments and accounts payable with suppliers. • Ensuring availability of critical spare parts for customers. International Trade – Machinery • Coordination of machinery importation. • Customs documentation management. • Tracking of freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics operators. • Monitoring customs clearance timelines and cargo release. • Document validation and regulatory compliance verification. International Trade – Spare Parts • End-to-end management of spare parts importation. • Tariff tracking and duty assessment validation. • Documentation control and coordination with customs brokers. Domestic Logistics • Coordination of land transportation. • Management of truck and forklift availability. • Delivery and dispatch tracking. • Cargo volume verification and logistics optimization. Warehouse & Inventory • Receiving and inspection of imported goods. • Physical inventory organization and control. • Execution of cycle counts. • Supervision of picking, packing, and dispatching. • Management of discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
