A prominent company in the mass consumer goods sector is currently seeking a Logistics Assistant for its distribution center located in Yumbo. If you are proactive, highly detail-oriented, and have experience in warehouse operations during night shifts, we are looking for you! [1, 2] Your Role Objective Ensure the correct flow of goods in the distribution center by agilely and accurately executing receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch processes, guaranteeing inventory quality. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Load and unload goods from transport vehicles. Perform order picking according to dispatch orders. Ensure product organization, cleanliness, and proper storage in assigned locations. Support periodic inventory counts and warehouse stock control. Verify that dispatched products meet required quality and packaging standards. [1, 2, 3] Requirements Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year as a logistics assistant, warehouse assistant, stockroom assistant, or related role (preferably in food or mass consumer goods companies). Education: Certified high school diploma. Residence: Reside in Yumbo or Cali (with convenient transportation access for night shift entry/exit). Availability: Full availability to work permanently on the night shift. Competencies: Excellent physical condition, teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations.
