One additional vacation day for every 3 years worked A prominent company in the commercial gastronomic sector, specializing in the sale and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment, is seeking a Maintenance Technician with technical training in electronics, electricity, electromechanics, or refrigeration, and experience in maintaining industrial equipment. · Main Responsibilities: Perform technical maintenance services on commercial and industrial refrigeration and heating equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on cold (refrigeration) and heating (industrial cooking) equipment. Participate in on-call shifts: one weekend every 15 days. Essential Requirements: Technical training in Electronics, Electricity, Electromechanics, or Refrigeration. Proven experience in maintaining heating equipment such as ovens, steam kettles, bain-maries, French stations, fryers, etc. Own motorcycle with up-to-date documentation. Availability to provide occasional support in other geographic areas. Interest in consolidating knowledge in refrigeration and willingness to learn about heating equipment. Working Conditions: Base salary: Average between $1,934,380 and $2,033,662 (depending on experience) + transportation allowance.
