Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe. **Your Role** * Serve as a trusted scientific expert in oncology, strengthening strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. * Cover 50% of the Colombian territory, managing 3 therapeutic lines. * Ensure the safe and appropriate use of resources through accurate scientific information. * Provide comprehensive education on diseases, therapies, and research advancements. * Collect and communicate medical insights to guide corporate strategy. * Develop and implement regional medical plans, support product launches, and ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and Good Clinical Practices. **Your Profile:** * University degree in Medicine (mandatory requirement). * Advanced scientific degree (Master’s, PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred. * Professional, clinical, or research experience in scientific fields (minimum 2 years). * Solid knowledge of clinical research and Good Clinical Practices. * Prior experience as an MSL (1–3 years). * Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry. * Clinical or research experience in oncology (distinctive advantage). * Intermediate–advanced English (professional reading and communication). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to research medical data. **What we offer:** We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
