




Job Summary: We are seeking an Office Assistant to support transportation-related tasks, including fleet management, appointment tracking, and trip settlement, using internal software. Teamwork and attention to detail Opportunity: We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in a role that will allow you to support transportation-related tasks. Responsibilities: Search for and secure fleet vehicles (third-party vehicles). Shift scheduling on port and yard platforms. Appointment tracking to avoid overspending. Payroll processing, preparation of manifests, remittances, and loading orders in internal software. Trip settlement and processing of advances/payments to suppliers. Management of driver/vehicle resumes and archiving at CAD. Handling of incidents with internal customers, third parties, and transportation providers. Requirements: Prior experience in similar roles. Proficiency in office tools and management software (experience with Sicetac, RNDC, PESV, and applicable cargo transportation regulations). Ability to work effectively in a team.
