Perform documentary validation of managed processes, in accordance with procedures established by the operations desk. 2\. Support pre\-sales and post\-sales call management, ensuring compliance with defined protocols. 3\. Manage and follow up on operational procedures and authorizations, in line with employer guidelines. 4\. Provide logistical and operational support for company\-scheduled activities. 5\. Support brokers and the commercial team, facilitating achievement of organizational objectives. 6\. Accompany and guide commercial teams in operational and management processes. 7\. Conduct inquiries and validations in credit risk centers for customers and potential customers. 8\. Prepare and manage required documents, reports, and summaries. 9\. Manage the employer's schedule and coordinate collection of documentation necessary for operations. 10\. Organize, update, and safeguard the company's physical and digital archives. 11\. Ensure custody, confidentiality, and appropriate handling of company and customer information and documentation, in compliance with current personal data protection regulations. 12\. Appropriately use assigned tools, platforms, and resources to perform job functions. 13\. Comply with internal policies, safety standards, and organizational ethical guidelines. 14\. Timely report any relevant developments arising during job performance or regarding one's health status. 15\. Be accountable for proper use of information, as well as for possible damages resulting from improper handling, in accordance with current regulations. Perform other duties assigned by the employer related to the nature of the position.
