Carry out the membership process and update the database A mutual entity offering savings, credit, and funeral protection services is seeking an Operations Assistant — a person with strong listening skills, integrity, excellent people management abilities, and planning capabilities. **Profile** * Gender: Male or female * Age: Between 25 and 40 years old * Education: Technician or Professional degree in Marketing and Sales, Finance, or Commerce * Experience: 1 year as a commercial leader, preferably in the cooperative or financial sector * **Work Location: Eastern municipalities** * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract of less than one year **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Provide sufficient and relevant information to members regarding the services they request * Promote and market the service portfolio and other programs currently underway * Update the agency’s member database according to established parameters * Identify and implement strategies to achieve targets for financial and funeral service portfolios * Carry out the membership process for all individuals wishing to join the mutual, adhering to internal guidelines * Prepare the weekly cash flow report for Central Treasury * Process member payments when they use various technological channels.
