Conduct sales point supervision, ensuring each location complies with quality, service, and presentation standards. 2\. Manage work teams by organizing shifts and coordinating kitchen and service staff to ensure adherence to protocols. 3\. Provide sales team support at the point of contact, ensuring that promotions, menus, and commercial strategies defined by Commercial Management are correctly implemented at each sales point. 4\. Guarantee conflict resolution by addressing unforeseen issues involving customers, staff, suppliers, or infrastructure. 5\. Accompany and deliver operational training, onboarding new staff on processes, procedures, standards, service protocols, and organizational culture. 6\. Support operational cost control, optimizing the use of supplies and resources to maintain profitability. 7\. Supervise brand image, ensuring ambiance, dish presentation, and customer service comply with the company-defined identity. 8\. Support product launches and campaigns, ensuring new promotions or products are executed appropriately and consistently across all sales points.
