You will be responsible for managing personnel changes, calculating payroll and social benefits, administering social security, performing account reconciliations, and supporting electronic payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements: Education in administrative, accounting, or related fields. Experience managing payroll for over 200 employees. Experience handling payroll with variable income components. Experience in account and fund reconciliations. Knowledge of collections and disability claims. Familiarity with social security systems and labor legislation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment.
