Pharmacy Manager 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Manager or technical director in institutional dispensing 3. Experience in personnel management and inventory control. 4. Excellent assertive communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards. 6. Availability to work shifts and weekends. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate daily pharmacy operations. 2. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards. 3. Manage inventory and medical supply orders. 4. Provide counseling and recommendations to customers regarding medications and treatments. 5. Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff. 6. Foster a positive and professional work environment. 7. Participate in pharmacy strategy planning and development.
