Unilever is hiring for **Process Engineer Specialist** **Function:** Supply Chain – Manufacturing **Scope:** Local **Location:** Colombia, plant **Terms and Conditions:** Full time; this position does not include relocation support. **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure process excellence on site by identifying and eliminating losses (stops, scrap, micro-stops, speed losses, yield losses), improving efficiency indicators (e.g., OEE/OLE), and standardizing technical practices (centerlining and start-up control). The specialist leads continuous improvement projects and provides technical support for production lines/equipment, ensuring quality and safety, health & environment (SHE/LOTO) compliance, and delivering sustainable results in cost, productivity, and service. **Key Responsibilities:** Technically eliminate losses and waste across process lines and preparation areas, consistently generating savings for the site and resolving chronic issues through root cause analysis. **Performance Analysis:** * Collect, validate, and analyze process data in Excel/Power BI to identify losses and root causes. * Develop dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly) to provide visibility of KPIs to operations and management. **Continuous Improvement (TPM/UMS)** **Process Engineering** **Key Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience: 2 years in manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement/process engineering, demonstrating measurable impact (e.g., increased OEE, reduced scrap/stoppage times). * Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, handling large datasets). * Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for effective documentation and communication. * Power BI (basic modeling, simple DAX measures, dashboard creation and publishing). Language: Intermediate English (ability to read manuals/procedures and conduct basic written communication). **Desirable Requirements** * Experience improving OEE/OLE and presenting results using data storytelling (Excel/Power BI). * Knowledge of TPM/UMS (AM/PM/FI/QC) and 5S. * Lean/Six Sigma certifications (Yellow/Green Belt).
