Therefore, ***we have an inclusive hiring policy that promotes the selection of persons with disabilities who meet the position requirements.*** Join us as a Zuricher and become part of our team as a **Project Manager!** #LI-Remote, #LI-Hybrid, #LI-Onsite Your objective will be to support the Project Office in planning, coordinating, and controlling assigned projects to ensure optimal project execution (quality, timeline, cost, and expectations of involved departments) and thereby achieve the Company’s strategic goals—minimizing costs and maximizing benefits. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, schedule, monitor, and control the execution of assigned projects. * Manage the project triple constraint to prevent deviations (scope, cost, schedule). * Identify project stakeholders. * Resource management. * Support business areas and business analysts in developing functional requirements and ensure mutual understanding of business needs between business teams and the IT team. * Document the project according to its phases and the defined methodology. * Manage and control projects by preparing necessary documents (e.g., project charter, schedule, risk register, meeting minutes, change control logs, etc.). * Deliver project progress reports and data at local and regional levels through regular updates to information systems. * Moderate and facilitate project team interactions. * Coordinate testing activities with the project team. * Identify and escalate project execution risks and critical issues. Systems Engineering or related field English B2 **Experience:** * 3–5 years of business analysis experience in the insurance and/or financial sector. * Experience in digital and enterprise transformation projects, * process optimization, or implementation of core insurance systems.
