Performance bonuses available Dispatch Operations Assistant (Remote) LKS GROUP INC is currently hiring Dispatch Operations to support our transportation and logistics operations across the United States. This is a remote full\-time position for individuals interested in logistics, transportation coordination, operational monitoring and driver support. We are looking for organized, responsible and team\-oriented candidates capable of following operational procedures and maintaining communication with drivers and management during daily operations. Responsibilities: * Driver communication and follow\-up * Route and load tracking * ETA updates and operational monitoring * Reporting operational incidents * Coordination with management and dispatch teams * Maintaining communication with drivers during tours * Monitoring operational updates and resolving basic issues Requirements: * Intermediate or advanced English * Stable internet connection * Computer or laptop * Good communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and work in an operational environment Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in logistics, dispatching, customer service or transportation support * Experience working remotely Compensation: Weekly salary ranges from $100 to $175 USD depending on operational capacity, responsibilities and performance bonuses.
