Your primary objective will be: To ensure achievement of sales budgets and customer satisfaction at the point of sale through comprehensive customer advisory services, proper handling of the dessert and cake portfolio, and strict adherence to quality, display, and service standards. Responsibilities: Advise and serve customers at the point of sale, offering the company’s products and ensuring optimal purchase decisions. Know and present the product portfolio, providing descriptions when requested by the customer. Achieve assigned sales budgets. Maintain display cases, tables, counters, and all other point-of-sale elements in optimal order and cleanliness. Operate the cash register according to the user manual and company-established procedures. Receive production from the plant and store it in cold rooms or refrigerators. Record and maintain traceability of cold room temperatures. Report incidents related to product quality. Open the point of sale at the scheduled time. Minimum Requirements: Prior experience and/or training in sales, preferably in food.
