In this role, we expect you to: * Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows. * Collaborate on Salesforce configuration, including creation of objects, custom fields, validation rules, and automations. * Integrate Salesforce with other systems via APIs and integration tools. * Participate in requirements analysis and implementation of business-aligned solutions. * Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. * Perform testing, debugging, and code improvements to ensure proper functioning of implemented solutions. * Provide user support and resolve Salesforce-related incidents. **Requirements** * Minimum **3 years** of experience in Salesforce development. * Proficiency in **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL**. * Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, automated processes). * Knowledge of system integration via **REST/SOAP APIs**. * Experience in implementation and maintenance projects within **Banking/Insurance** is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. * Salesforce certification (desirable). * **Good command of English**. **Additional Information** **Terms:** * Permanent contract. * Remote work arrangement. * Salary negotiable based on experience. **At Inetum, we value people and offer benefits that promote holistic well-being:** ✔ Partnerships and agreements with educational and healthcare institutions. ✔ Well-being and personal development activities. ✔ Emotional salary: beyond financial compensation, your quality of life matters to us.
