Provide accurate information about services and claims processes. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service standards. Requirements: Customer service experience (desirable, not mandatory). Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks. Proactive and solution-oriented attitude. Working conditions: Rotating schedule from Sunday to Sunday (with one compensatory day off per week), shifts of 7 to 8 hours.
