You will be responsible for coordinating a team of over 20 employees, ensuring achievement of commercial targets and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and operations team. * Ensure achievement of sales objectives and the commercial plan. * Administrative management: inventory, cash handling, reporting, and performance indicator monitoring. * Schedule organization and staff shift allocation. * In-store problem resolution and handling of critical situations. * Supervision of warehouse processes and inventory control. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in retail, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods. * Leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. * Passion for sales, customer orientation, and commercial vision. * Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and shift scheduling. **We Offer:** Salary: Base salary \+ variable monthly target-based bonus.
