The candidate must possess **commercial skills**, a proactive attitude, willingness, and **availability of time**, as the schedule runs **Sunday through Sunday**, with one compensatory day per week. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and support the sales team. * Ensure achievement of targets and performance indicators. * Manage and control inventory. * Organize and properly display merchandise at the point of sale (visual merchandising). * Ensure store order, operations, and customer experience at the point of sale.
