




Job Summary: We are seeking a sales leader for a sportswear brand, responsible for motivating teams, optimizing commercial results, and managing store operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze results and propose improvements This is an opening for a sportswear brand, with working days from Monday to Saturday. You will supervise staff across multiple cities, primarily Bogotá. The position offers a project-based employment contract compliant with all legal requirements, with working hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The salary is negotiable based on experience; commissions are 100% of up to 400,000 COP. Key responsibilities include: leading, motivating, and supervising the sales team; evaluating performance and supporting improvement plans; ensuring achievement of KPIs; implementing the brand’s commercial strategies; analyzing daily results and proposing improvement actions; supervising product receipt, storage, and rotation; conducting inventories and reporting anomalies; verifying store opening and closing procedures; ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety regulations; preparing operational and commercial reports; serving as the liaison between store staff and management; and reporting results, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
