We seek a well-rounded professional to lead the company’s technological management, ensuring operational continuity, information security, and IT infrastructure efficiency. Position Objective: Plan, manage, and optimize the company’s technological infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, automation, as well as timely user support. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in technological infrastructure administration. * Solid knowledge in: * Server administration and **automation** (Windows/Linux). * **Information security** (controls, backups, access management, best practices). * Networks, structured cabling, and device configuration. * Comprehensive technical support (hardware, software, end users). * Backup and information recovery management. * License, domain, hosting, and corporate email administration. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer, monitor, and optimize the company’s servers and technological services. * Implement **automation** processes to improve operational efficiency. * Ensure **information security**, access control, and data backup. * Provide timely **technical support** to users (on-site and remote). * Manage network infrastructure, connectivity, and telecommunications. * Coordinate technology vendors and area procurement. * Maintain an updated technology inventory and asset control. * Administer email platforms, hosting, domains, and websites. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Prepare reports and support the company’s technological planning. **Key Competencies** * Proactivity and results orientation * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Leadership and teamwork * Adaptability and continuous improvement focus * High level of responsibility and confidentiality Employment Type: Full-time
