Continuous professional development and pedagogical training. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide constant guidance and support to the grade-level coordinator and/or subject teacher throughout the entire school day. Provide constant guidance and support to the grade-level coordinator and/or subject teacher throughout the entire school day, ensuring student safety, care, hygiene, comfort, and developmental processes within their cycle. Job Responsibilities: * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project for assigned grades or groups, preparing academic environments in alignment with the area plan, subject plan, and guidance provided by the teacher and/or cycle coordinator. * Actively participate in developing daily academic experience or activity plans and in projects or events conducted within their cycle, reviewing planned content to effectively assist in scheduled experiences or activities. * Support the teaching process according to assigned responsibilities and complementary duties of a teaching assistant, considering their competencies; and, if required, support school services in sports and arts schools by accompanying students from preparation (changing clothes) through to their safe delivery to the corresponding school transport route or guardian. \- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (project enthusiasm\- passion for teaching) to develop and improve pedagogical, administrative, and community-related work. * Strengthen professional development through ongoing training, both within the school and in other educational settings.
