A prominent company in the sector is looking for an Insurance Issuance Technician with experience in the insurance sector, service-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented to strengthen its team. Position Insurance Issuance Technician Working Conditions City: Bogotá. Modality: On-site. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Base Salary: $1\.750\.905\. Social Benefits: All statutory benefits. Academic Qualifications High school diploma, technical, technological, or university degree in administrative fields or related disciplines. Required Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in issuing insurance policies or insurance sector processes. Experience in compliance insurance. Knowledge of all-risk insurance and applicable regulations. Proficiency in technological tools such as CRM, Excel, and insurance sector platforms. Main Responsibilities Contact clients to confirm payments, documentation, renewals, and resolve inquiries. Review policy terms and update coverage according to changes in risks. Negotiate premiums and terms with insurance companies. Prepare and send quotations, policy issuances, and renewal documents. Maintain up-to-date information in internal systems. Identify cross-selling opportunities and customer retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with established procedures and timelines for policy issuance. Knowledge Compliance insurance.
