Driving the future of digital substations. **What Your Day Will Look Like** In this role, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for executing automation and protection projects for high-voltage substations. On a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the execution of innovative solutions for our customers, while simultaneously developing your capabilities to implement innovative solutions that enhance our business competitiveness. Together with a team of technical experts, you will implement cutting-edge technologies in projects. Furthermore, you will drive the future of digital substations and develop technical solutions, review customer specifications and project standards, perform engineering verification, and ensure compliance. **Your Responsibilities** * Support Project Managers in project management within the protection, control, and HMI domains for high-voltage projects. * Track technical documentation and project execution documentation. * Support the management of various suppliers of Control and Protection equipment and solutions. * Collaborate coordinately with other teams to achieve success in the planning and development of Control and Protection Systems projects. * Continuous learning about new Control and Protection techniques and solutions. * Support other areas related to project execution and specific to the Digital Grid business. **Requirements for the Position** * University graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, with no more than 1 year since graduation ceremony. * Preferably with knowledge of Control and Protection schemes for electrical substations. * Competencies: Effective communication with all stakeholders involved in project development is desirable, along with problem-solving ability and quick learning capacity. * English proficiency level B2–C1 (advanced). **What Is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than an energy technology company.
