By leveraging advanced technologies such as machine learning, data science, and AI-powered anti-fraud intelligence, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025, achieving solid profitability that drives sustainable growth. **About the Role** The Training Associate is responsible for supporting the identification of training and development needs and creating materials that facilitate comprehensive learning for internal and external agents in the region; as well as monitoring newly established organizational processes to identify areas of opportunity and design continuous training programs that optimize resources and foster personnel growth. ### **Responsibilities** * + Design training materials across multiple platforms to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences for agents. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and training workshops to support agents’ ongoing development. + Evaluate the impact of training programs through results obtained over a defined period. + Prepare and present reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes. + Maintain training metrics for all activities and participant progress to track ongoing performance and ensure organizational KPIs are consistently met. ### **Requirements** * + Bachelor’s degree or experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field. + 1 year of experience designing effective training materials, with focus on program impact and accurately and timely reporting of key metrics. + Understanding of adult training principles and learning methodologies, with emphasis on human talent development.
