If you seek a company that values your talent, empowers your growth, and connects you globally, this is your place! ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and manage various actions \- elements influencing vessel handling and containerized cargo vehicles entering through the gate, always adhering to the company's established operational procedures. * Verify that operations are executed according to the plan, meeting corporate quality and safety standards. * Guarantee and audit compliance with post-vessel-operation processes, following area-specific procedural guidelines. * Plan, coordinate, and manage various actions \- elements influencing the handling of inspection requests generated by customers, always adhering to the company's established operational procedures. * Audit and control proper use of company assets, always ensuring efficiency and resource optimization. * Manage, control, and plan the organization and distribution of the container yard, always adhering to the company's established operational procedures. * Verify and supervise assigned personnel * Ensure strict compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols established by the Physical Security department * Ensure strict compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols established by the Industrial Safety (HES) department. * Comply with any instruction provided by the immediate supervisor (whether verbal or written) ### **Requirements** * Professionals in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, related fields, and/or retired Navy personnel. * 5 years of experience in port operations * Vessel Planning Systems (XPS \- NAVIS \- and/or container planning systems) * Port logistics and/or international trade. * Port and customs regulations. * Driver's license B1/C1 * English proficiency at 70%
