The selected candidate will join the client’s operations team. Responsibilities of the Operator: * 24x7 Systems Operator on 8-hour shifts—morning, afternoon, and night: * Monitoring of systems and networks * Monitoring of backups and batch production * Technical phone support to end users * Review and tracking of incidents * Resolution of Level 1 technical issues **Experience:** Not required; **desirable** experience in system and infrastructure monitoring, ticketing management, and execution of technical procedures. **Competencies:** Document management capability, request and incident handling, assertive communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience in IT environments. Being organized is mandatory.
