Education: Students in the productive stage of their Social Communication - Journalism program, with knowledge. Skills: Technical Translation (UX Writing): Transform developers’ technical language into clear, conversational manuals, microtexts, and user interfaces. Digital Adoption Strategies: Design and execute communication plans for launching new portals and internal platforms. Learning Ecosystem Production: Creation of audiovisual content (tutorials, agile videos, visual guides) to train employees on internal software usage. Research and Feedback: Gather user experience with new platforms and propose improvements to the Innovation Cell. Requirements to excel in this role: Currently enrolled student, officially endorsed by the university to begin internships. Excellent spelling, corporate writing, and synthesis skills. Proficient use of design and agile video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.). The ideal candidate: We seek a curious, adaptable individual with excellent office interpersonal skills.
