As a Commercial Advisor, you will be responsible for advising our clients on property purchase and sale, offering customized solutions and ensuring a satisfactory purchasing experience. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, presenting suitable properties, and accompanying clients throughout the entire transaction process. Additionally, you must maintain a high level of communication and relationship with clients, as well as with other team members, to ensure achievement of established sales goals. Minimum requirements include solid training in sales and prior experience in the real estate sector. You must be proactive, possess negotiation skills, and demonstrate a customer service-oriented attitude.
