Meet and exceed the sales budget A prominent company in the ceramic sector is looking for a results-focused Commercial Advisor with skills to close sales and deliver effective shopping experiences at the point of sale. Education: Technical, Technological, or Professional degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in retail or point-of-sale) Experience meeting goals and managing commercial KPIs Responsibilities: Advise customers and finalize effective sales Meet and exceed assigned sales budget Identify commercial opportunities and generate cross-sales. Handle cash register and payment methods Support inventory management and point-of-sale organization Deliver outstanding service experience Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Availability on Sundays and holidays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (adjustable, complying with current legal working hours) Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: COP $1,750,905 base salary + COP $249,095 transportation allowance + commissions for goal achievement.
