Excellent service attitude and personal presentation A well-known restaurant in Bogotá is currently seeking a Bartender to strengthen its team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender in bars or restaurants. Knowledge of classic mixology and beverage preparation. Inventory management and bar supplies control. Excellent service attitude and personal presentation. Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of cocktails and beverages according to the establishment's menu. Customer service at the bar. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization of the bar area. Inventory control and reporting for liquors and supplies. Adherence to the restaurant’s quality and service standards. Working Conditions: Base Salary: $1,750,905 Statutory benefits Tips starting from $700,000 onward Direct indefinite-term contract Bi-weekly payments Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week (rotating shifts: opening, closing, or split shift).
