Job Summary: We are seeking a Cargo Checker to support import and export logistics operations by verifying, registering, and reporting goods in the WMS system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical verification and cargo registration in WMS system 2. Document management for freight carriers and airlines 3. Pictogram identification and proper handling of goods A logistics and cargo company is looking for a Cargo Checker to support operational processes related to import and export activities. The candidate will be responsible for verifying, registering, and reporting issues arising from physical cargo inspection, ensuring correct handling and legalization of cargo through the WMS system. **Main Responsibilities:** * Physically verify cargo and register quantities in the WMS system. * Request and review the daily operations schedule. * Manage cargo inspection documents for freight carriers and airlines. * Report cargo overages, shortages, and anomalies. * Take photographic records of goods with anomalies or damage. * Conduct cargo searches before reporting shortages. * Legalize flights using the WMS operational system. * Identify pictograms and ensure proper handling of goods. * Guarantee adherence to established timelines for unloading and legalization. * Record operational anomalies in internal forms and systems. * Support cargo storage and warehouse organization. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics operations, warehouse, or cargo handling. * Basic proficiency in office software and email. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Working Conditions:** * Salary: $1\.800\.000 \+ bonus of $75\.000 * Rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with scheduled days off.
