We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented carpenter to support the manufacturing, assembly, and installation of office furniture, with leadership and project oversight.

An enterprise dedicated to the supply and manufacturing of office furniture urgently requires a carpenter responsible for the following duties:
1\. Support manufacturing, assembly, and installation processes for furniture
2\. Knowledge of blueprint reading
2\. Manufacturing office furniture and modular furniture
4\. Project delivery and installation
5\. Loading and unloading of goods
6\. Warehouse organization
Knowledge of and proficiency with various tools and materials. Will be part of the carpentry team, collaborating closely to fully meet company project requirements aligned with customer needs.
We require a candidate with leadership qualities, proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, who proposes positive ideas and strictly adheres to the schedule established by management for full and timely execution. Must possess expertise in blueprint reading and interpretation, installations, fabrication of various types of furniture, and end-to-end project development from inception to final delivery.
Academic level: High school diploma or technical certification in carpentry or furniture installation
Working hours: Monday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Tuesday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, with availability for overtime.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience, ranging from COP 1,800,000 to COP 2,400,000 plus overtime pay.
