Your challenge at LUM LOGISTICS: Support the interpretation and review of architectural and structural drawings for our warehouses and logistics centers. Perform quantity take-offs and volume calculations for adaptation or maintenance projects. Collaborate in preparing and updating construction budgets and unit price analyses (UPA). Ensure the technical drawing archive is up-to-date and well-organized. Conduct site visits to verify that execution aligns with specifications in the drawings. Support cost and material tracking for infrastructure projects. Proficiency in office tools, Excel, and design software (AutoCAD). Required Profile: Civil Engineering student (authorized to begin professional internship). University endorsement required to sign an apprenticeship agreement. Solid knowledge of drawing interpretation and budget management. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and analytical ability. Skills and Knowledge: Organization and management of technical processes. Analytical thinking applied to cost analysis. Effective communication with contractors and suppliers.
