We seek committed, responsible individuals with strong knowledge of machining and mechanical part manufacturing processes. Main Responsibilities: Execute machining operations according to manufacturing requirements. Operate conventional and CNC machines and tools. Perform adjustments, manufacturing, and repair of mechanical parts. Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments. Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications for component manufacturing. Ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Industrial Mechanics, Machine Tools, Machining, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial mechanics workshops. Experience operating conventional and CNC machines and tools. Knowledge of machining processes using lathes, milling machines, and grinders. Proficiency in dimensional control and metrology instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and comparators. Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. Attention to detail, quality orientation, and teamwork skills. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $3,170,000 + statutory benefits. Fixed-term contract, renewable every 4 months. After completing one year, possibility of transitioning to an indefinite-term contract based on performance. Work schedule: Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, including night shifts.
