Your role is essential in creating exceptional shopping experiences that reflect the distinctive hospitality and care of our luxury brand. Responsibilities: Provide personalized advice to deliver a unique and memorable experience. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, materials, and design. Manage and ensure compliance with KPIs (conversion rate, UPT, average transaction value). Collaborate proactively to exceed sales targets. Requirements: Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end restaurants. Familiarity with retail metrics (KPIs) and excellent communication skills. Rotating Sunday-to-Sunday shifts, including opening and closing hours.
