Key Responsibilities: • Conduct operational and quality audits at points of sale. • Train and provide support to franchisees and their teams. • Analyze management indicators related to sales, product quality, process standardization, team training, and product rotation. • Implement commercial strategies and continuous improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with franchise operational manuals, policies, and regulations. • Prepare management and follow-up reports for senior management.
