Support in accounting records Record journal entries in the company's accounting software. Classify and record purchase, sales, and expense invoices. 2. Reconciliations Assist in monthly bank reconciliations. Review and cross-check accounts receivable and payable data. 3. Tax support Prepare supporting documents for VAT, withholding tax, and local tax filings. Validate external information under supervision. 4. Document management Organize physical and digital accounting supporting documents. Ensure all documents comply with fiscal and legal requirements. 5. Support in financial closings Collaborate in monthly and annual closing processes. Prepare preliminary financial statement reports. 6. Interdepartmental coordination Provide accounting support to the administrative and payroll departments. Respond to basic internal and external audit requests. 7. Learning and regulatory updates Stay current on IFRS standards and tax regulation changes. Participate in internal accounting department training sessions.
