Currently, we are seeking a Mobile Crane Operator to work on construction sites and/or maintenance plants in Chile. **Functional/Contextual Aspects of the Position (Considerations):** * Work is primarily conducted on-site at construction locations, with transfers between sites as required, and potentially including tasks in workshops or warehouses. * Involves constant interaction with the operations team, signal personnel, and safety supervision. * Requires high attention, motor coordination, responsibility, and strict adherence to safety procedures. * The role demands availability for shifts and/or extended working hours according to project scheduling. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Technical qualification or training related to crane operation, heavy machinery, or proven experience operating mobile cranes. * Minimum two years’ experience operating mobile cranes on construction sites or in industrial settings. * Valid crane operator certification and/or professional license required by local regulations. * Knowledge of lifting signaling, use of rigging gear, and lifting accessories. * Skills: responsibility, teamwork, clear communication, compliance with safety standards and order. * Availability to perform basic crane maintenance and report malfunctions and preventive inspection needs. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Operate the mobile crane in accordance with instructions from the lifting supervisor and the approved lifting plan. * Prepare and inspect lifting equipment prior to each operation, including cables, hooks, slings, and accessories. * Conduct daily crane safety checks and checklists, reporting any deviations or failures. * Coordinate signals and communications with plant personnel and the signalman during lifting maneuvers. * Ensure proper stowage and handling of loads, respecting capacity limits and safety procedures. * Assist in preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and maintain basic operational records. * Comply with safety regulations, environmental procedures, and project best practices. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience level. * Opportunities for continuous training and internal mobility. * A collaborative, safe, and operationally excellent working environment. * Health and wellness programs, life insurance, and other corporate benefits.
