Communicate clearly and professionally with customers We are looking for experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide high-quality customer support in English and Spanish. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering accurate information about products and services. Key Responsibilities - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English and Spanish - Provide information and support related to various products and services - Handle inbound and outbound call programs - Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls - Gather and capture relevant customer information, assess interest in the client’s products or services, and perform warm transfers when required - Work on a single program or manage multiple programs during a typical workday - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications - English level C1 (advanced) – required - Fluent Spanish communication skills - Banking and financial experience (Preferred). - Exceptional verbal communication skills in both languages - Strong active listening skills and attention to detail (Empathy) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role - Work-from-home ready: own equipment and a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps Work Schedule & Compensation Time zone: EST Schedule: Monday to Friday but we ask for availability on Weekends. Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST Workload: 40 hours per week Contract type: Independent Contractor Compensation: USD $7 per hour — Increases to $7,50 after 3-Month This is a fully remote position based in Colombia.
