Generate reports that support decision-making FINANCIAL ANALYST Gestion Atica is looking for a Financial Analyst for a leading cosmetics-sector commercial company, with experience in financial analysis, budget preparation, and indicator tracking. We seek an analytical, organized, detail-oriented professional capable of interpreting financial information and generating reports that support management decision-making. Position Objective Support the organization’s financial information analysis and monitoring, participating in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial models, and reports for decision-making. Main Responsibilities Prepare and update financial budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators. Monitor budget execution. Prepare financial reports for management. Conduct profitability analysis. Identify financial risks and opportunities. Develop financial models and scenario analyses. Support financial and accounting closing processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis. Advanced Excel proficiency. Power BI knowledge is desirable. Familiarity with Chart of Accounts (PUC) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (PCGA). Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
