Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive HR Analyst to support various areas of human talent management, contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Support in recruitment and selection processes, onboarding management. 2. Collaboration in performance management, training, and development. 3. Advisory services on HR policies and preparation of management reports. We seek a proactive HR Analyst with excellent organizational and communication skills. The primary objective is to provide support across various areas of human talent management—from recruitment and selection to personnel administration—contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening). Coordinate interviews. Manage onboarding for new hires. Administer personnel files and update databases. Collaborate in performance management, training, and development. Provide support in payroll and benefits administration. Advise employees on HR policies and procedures. Prepare talent management reports and metrics. Requirements: Technical degree in Human Talent Management; students in early semesters of Business Administration or Psychology. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Analyst roles or similar. Knowledge of local labor legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate-to-advanced Excel). Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR management system. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and service orientation. Strong organizational ability, discretion, and attention to detail. What We Offer: Salary: To be agreed upon. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
