Required Profile: Technologist in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in roles related to human resources. Experience in companies managing personnel and administrative processes. Availability to commit time. Proactive, organized, and committed individual. Main Responsibilities: Execute recruitment and personnel selection processes, including administration of assessments. Manage hiring processes and enrollment in the social security system. Handle documentation and maintain departmental file control. Provide responses and support to staff. Assist with general Human Resource Management activities. Employment Conditions: Working Hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Direct employment contract with the company.
