Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel 2. Administers payroll, social security, and social benefits 3. Managing onboarding, induction, and offboarding of employees. Administering payroll updates, social security, and social benefits. Maintaining up-to-date employment documentation and employee resumes. Supporting the implementation of employee wellness, training, and organizational climate programs. Monitoring disabilities, leaves of absence, and absenteeism. Addressing employee requests related to human resource management processes. Preparing reports and performance indicators for the department. Supporting Occupational Health and Safety activities in coordination with the responsible department.
