Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting student to record and classify the company's financial transactions, keeping financial records up to date. Key Highlights: 1. You will receive a financial stipend, office hours, and professional learning and growth. Position Objective: To record, review, and classify the company's financial transaction records. Responsibilities: Record and keep daily cash reconciliation reports for sales points up to date. Receive daily cash reconciliation reports from Treasury to record and maintain them up to date. Perform verification by franchise location of credit/debit cards versus Adelto and micros. Execute verification of duly signed and supported internal payments. Report any anomalies identified in cash reconciliations to Treasury and/or sales points. Record advances to third parties, petty cash reimbursements, utility payments, and invoices from sales points. Register discounts, courtesies, and redeemed bonuses at sales points. Ensure all supporting documents contain the required legal information. Report advance account reports to the Accounting Assistant. Prepare visit reports for warehouse, production, or sales points. Conduct cash counts at sales points when necessary.
