Location: Bogotá and cities according to operations Mode: On-site, itinerant (visits to warehouses and sales points) Contract: Indefinite-term contract Schedule: Monday to Saturday WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Ensure inventory accuracy and reliability through physical audits, ERP system movement validation, identification of discrepancies, and generation of reports contributing to operational control of mobile devices and accessories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct periodic physical counts at warehouses and sales points. Compare physical inventories against records in the Siesa ERP system. Audit inventory movements: transfers, returns, warranties, and merchandise receipts. Identify shortages, overages, losses, or inventory inconsistencies. Generate detailed reports with findings and action plans. Conduct unannounced audits at sales points. Verify equipment identification via IMEI, model, and physical condition. Ensure compliance with merchandise storage and custody protocols. REQUIREMENTS Technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Commerce, or related fields (minimum requirement). Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, operational auditing, logistics, or warehousing. Experience in technology or telecommunications retail is desirable. Proficiency in the Siesa ERP system is mandatory. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and data cross-referencing).
