Position: Junior Architect for Construction Works and Maintenance · We are a well-known national distributor of bags and accessories. We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and highly organized Junior Architect to oversee the design, monitoring, and execution of our construction works, store openings, and leasehold maintenance across all retail locations nationwide. What will be your main objective in this role? To carry out both administrative and operational supervision of ongoing construction works and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality of execution, and budgetary control or project variation management. Main Responsibilities (Field and Office): End-to-end management: Support the opening, organization, archiving, monitoring, and formal closure of construction works and renovations. On-site supervision: Conduct operational and technical control of leasehold maintenance at retail locations. Administrative control: Manage project documentation, supplier coordination, and reporting of updates. Design: Support spatial planning and architectural adjustments in accordance with brand identity. Requirements: Education: Degree in Architecture. Essential knowledge: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Skills: Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and adaptability. Offer Conditions: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Salary: To be agreed upon (We seek professionals aligned with the salary range assigned to this position).
